New WagonR Duo Runs on LPG
In 2010, Maruti Suzuki was setting up to make the petrol edition of the WagonR an apex priority, in order to provide to the bigger market share, before running to other versions. Now, an official dedicated site for the Indian-built vehicle is announcing the Liquified petroleum gas dual-fuel edition as well. The recently-launched website is meant as a kind of booklet highlighting the car’s main features & the factory-fitted LPG container that takes up tiny space in the car as compared to other versions. New WagonR Duo comes with a congregation of new technologies to comprise the twofold fuel option. Safety features comprise a special unit that cut the supply of fuels in the case of a leakage or any mishap. The new generation Duo replica will also come with 2 Electronic Control Units, one for each fuel alternative working in tandem through a (CAN) Controller Area Network system that smoothly toggles b/w the 2 fuels via a dashboard mounted switch.
All this mechanical language means that the WagonR can switch between 2 modes of fuel by the push of the button. As Liquified Petroleum Gas is more caustic than normal petrol, particularly for the car engine parts, some components of the 1.0L K-Series engines needed altering. The modern feature on the vehicle is the Liquified Petroleum Gas filling nozzle, which is carefully dug in into the main filler lid of this car, unlike other such vehicles that have been sticking out of bodywork. A comment made by Maruti officials previous year was that the back bench on the new brand was designed to present extra soothe to the rear passengers. It seems like this is the case, given the reason that the boot volume has been removed, as this is not the WagonR main concern.
